Do I have to pay sales tax?Back
We only collect sales tax on purchases shipped or billed to a Missouri address. Duties, taxes or brokerage fees to a non-US address are your responsibility. Use tax laws vary by State. If sales or use tax is collected by your State on internet purchases, it is your responsibility.

I was thinking of getting a trailer brake controller. How are they installed? Back

Most vehicles have a Do-It Yourself kit available. You can also read more about general wiring questions.

Will I have to do any welding? Back
All of the hitches we offer are custom-fit, bolt-on installations. There is no welding required. After you locate the custom fit trailer hitch for your vehicle using the  Hitch Finder, follow the "detailed info..." link for typical installation instructions.

What type of Fifth Wheel do I need? Back

Are you a good company to purchase towing parts from? Back

I need a ballmount. How do I know which one? Back
For Class I and II Hitches, the manufacturer will reqire a specific one. You can use the Hitch Finder to find the recommended item. For 2"x2" Receivers (Class III and larger) you should check out our Step by Step guide.

I've noticed a warehouse location in my city. Can I pick an item up? Back
We do not allow customer pickups of products at warehouse locations. Warehouses listed are shipping locations only and product availability varies by warehouse. Your order will be automatically routed for efficiency.

Is shipping available on trailers? Back
Utility trailers, tow dollies and enclosed trailers are offered through our network of local retailers. Currently these items are only available for pickup in Missouri.

Can I have my order sent to a P.O. Box? Back
We offer shipping by Priority Mail for delivery to a Post Office Box.  We only recommend the use of Priority Mail for shipment to FPO or APO addresses.  Due to postal regulations, shipping is not available on some items.  We recommend UPS shipping to a work or neighbors address in most circumstances where a P.O. Box is the only valid shipping address. 

My credit card statement address is different than my shipping address. Is this a problem? Back
No. When completing the online ordering process, Shipping information goes on the left and your credit card billing information goes on the right side of the screen. You must provide the billing information exactly as it appears on your credit card billing statement. Please allow additional time for us to process your order due to the additional security steps required.

Can I make purchases if I live outside the United States?Back
Currently, we ship only to the United States, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam, and FPO or APO addresses.  Both the shipping and billing adress must be an address in the United States, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam or a FPO or APO.
